Shipping Policy:
Our products are made in small batches. Delivery time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. An indicative time period is approximately 7 days, excluding shipping time. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship locally through Delhivery, DTDC & BlueDart and India Post for International. If you have a preferred logistics vendor please mail us and we will do our best to accommodate it. Shipping delays due to courier companies cannot be controlled by us.

What are the shipping charges within India ? 

We charge a flat shipping of Rs 100 for every order. We do not support COD currently. We also run campaigns where we give Free Shipping to our customers.  Note: Shipping is not charged on individual items, only once for the order. 

Exchanges :

We provide size and colour exchanges within 7 days of your original garment being delivered to you. You can connect with us through email team@shopStudioSienna.com with your order number and details of what you would want to exchange it for.

Returns :

Studio Sienna takes great pride in the level of quality and authenticity of our pieces. It is important for us that you wear them with love and pride.

If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with your purchase , you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of purchase- unworn and tags intact and in its original packaging for full refund. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days. Please note: shipping charges will not be refunded.

When returning items to us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send your items using trackable methods to ensure safe delivery.  Returns are the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

Please drop a mail at team@shopstudiosienna.com for returns/exchanges/refunds mentioning the order details.

However, despite our stringent quality checks, if you receive a defective piece, we would either replace it for you while paying for return shipping or refund the entire amount- including shipping charges. Our clothing has been crafted by hand and may have slight irregularities or imperfections when hand blocking.  These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process and add to the finished products charm while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece.
